The Challenge

TK Maxx had a number of key projects that required completion within a budget cycle. They realised they did not have the appropriate in-house expertise to support with the various retail projects such as guarding, intruder alarms, store fit outs and some specialist IT services.

They didn’t have the budget or time to recruit additional resources and through our network, highlighted some appropriate expertise that had the necessary retail experience and had recently managed similar projects. 

We set out contracted KPIs that were tracked on a monthly basis;

The Solution

Combining in-house processes and policies with our market knowledge helped accelerate through RFI and bidder onboarding.

We introduced project overview presentations, giving prospective bidders an opportunity to understand more about the projects and ask questions in advance of bidding for the project. Stronger bidder engagement led to greater commitment to the brand and an improvement in pricing.
