Our Mission

BridgePro was founded 15 years ago by Phil Machin, to help companies of all sizes procure goods and services more effectively. 15 years on, and our mission remains the same, but now being powered by best-of-breed platforms and experts to help deliver a fully outsourced Procurement as a Service (PaaS) that is guaranteed to cost less than in house procurement.

Rather than the ongoing fixed cost of category managers, PaaS provides the right category and project expertise when you need it. Our service is typically at least 25% less than the running cost of in-house procurement and we offer contracted KPIs to maintain performance tailored to your company requirements.

Phil has personally helped a number of fast growing organisations become more profitable, by improving procurement and sales processes, contracts, and policies, to make client and supplier engagement more efficient and productive.
