Bringing truth to life
We’ve taken the best of the procurement industry and combined with our best in class governance processes and practices.
Without any in-house procurement, ITN struggled to ensure they were working with best-in-class suppliers.
The Challenge
Without any in-house procurement, ITN struggled to ensure they were working with best-in-class suppliers for facilities management and travel services. Without access to critical benchmark data they were also unable to determine if they were paying the right price for their software solutions.
Given the nature of their business, quality of service was critical and special attention required to ensure stakeholders were well informed and an integral part of the decision. BridgePro’s PaaS was contracted to deliver these critical projects.

The Solution
BridgePro assigned procurement experts to manage project delivery for travel, facilities management and software review.
The first step for all projects was to complete the discovery and analysis phase. For travel we identified the leakage gaps, and the stakeholders requiring more ‘hand holding’. From there, we went to market for the best fit travel management company and online booking tool.
A mandated policy was softly introduced to the business, adoption was critical for success. Utilisation and cost avoidance was tracked to determine success. For facilities management, we tightened the scope of requirements, defining a more rigid SLA with more onsite expertise to triage and fix common faults, ensuring zero interruption to broadcasting.

“BridgePro managed a number of our high value non IT supplier renegotiations. They also helped to up-skill my employees, enabling them to negotiate low value purchases more effectively. This resulted in improved cashflow, and discounts of up to 50% being negotiated by my employees”
