New Supplier
Purchasing & Onboarding

New Supplier Purchasing and Onboarding is managed through the RFP process, including commercial and contract negotiation. Reducing cost, and operational, commercial and contractural risk, through review and benchmarking of existing supplier contracts. Providing full procurement lifecycle management, from supplier discovery to contract signature.

Contract Negotiation

We look after the contract negotiation process, tracking and managing renewals to avoid costly auto renewals, and manage the full end-to-end supplier onboarding and governance (ESG).

Purchase Orders

We can provide our own Purchase Order (PO) platform or work with yours. We have experience of most ERPs and PO tools and will work with your suppliers and finance team to ensure seamless integration.

We build simple workflows to ensure a positive employee experience and supplier engagement. We can operate in a mandated procurement structure (although we prefer non mandated), and we believe that aside from savings and minimising risk, employee/supplier feedback is critical to success.

In Partnership

We work in partnership with Viio, who provide intelligent tools to manage and benchmark software spend, as well as proactively managing contract renewals. Viio also help to negotiate SaaS spend and key to delivering BridgePro’s overall procurement strategy to it’s clients.
